Dr. Tomas Petr. Ph.D.

Dr Petr has worked in the Psychiatric Hospital Bohnice in various roles and positions including nurse, deputy head nurse, quality manager. Tomas has also extensive international experience, including working for a number of years in a psychiatric hospital in the UK, and participating in several international educational events in Sweden, Italy, Netherlands, UK and Norway.

Tomas is a board member of the Psychiatric Section of Czech National Nurses Association and a board member of Horatio – European Psychiatric Nurses Association. He also works for Council of Europe as an expert in mental health and has a extensive publication and lecturing activity on the topic of mental health nursing.

Tomas is currently a head nurse of psychiatric department of Military University Hospital in Prague and chief of Community mental health center.
